Mr. Beall is a railroad safety and operations consultant and former locomotive engineer with over 20 years of experience in the operation of freight, passenger, and commuter trains. His railroad positions include: switchman, trainman, conductor, and engineer. His duties involved operating trains in road service and training of train and engine crews.
Having served as a railroad safety director and contracts administrator, his knowledge of operating rules and procedures is unparalleled. He knows the specifics of train handling practices, train crew duties, federal regulations, safety rules, signal systems, hazardous materials, inspections practices, derailments, accident investigation, and event recorder analysis.
Mr. Beall also worked as a legal investigator
for a prestigious Florida law firm where he gained hands on knowledge and
training in the accident reconstruction field. He has testified in
both federal and state courts.
